Vancouver/Burnaby - $40 minimum
New West/Coquitlam - $50 minimum
Port Moody/ Port Coquitlam - $100 minimum
Richmond/ Westside UBC - $100 minimum
North Van/ West Vancouver - $100 minimum (AFTER 6pm)
