How to make Cannabis Fudge

Here's what you’ll need to get started:

  • 1 ½ - 2 Cups of chocolate chips (whichever kind you prefer)
  • 3 tbsp of Canna-butter (We have a recipe on how to make it yourself)
  • ½ Cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 16 oz of chocolate frosting

Now that we have the ingredients, let’s start with the cooking instructions:

  1. If you decide to include chopped nuts, you’ll want to toast them in the oven. Set to 300°F for 8-10 minutes, or until they are browning with a fragrance.
  2. Next, using a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips with the canna-butter. Using medium to low heat, heat for around 2-3 minutes. Keep an eye out, different microwaves produce different results and you don’t want to overdo this. Once the chocolate chips begin to melt and lose shape, take out of the microwave.
  3. Using a soft spatula, combine the toasted nuts with the chocolate chip/canna-butter mixture and mix together. Add in the entire amount of chocolate frosting and mix completely.
  4. Scoop the mixture into a 9"x9" baking pan that is lined with wax paper. Spread evenly throughout the pan, and smooth the top of the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, and if you are in a time crunch, freeze for 1 hour. Keep the fudge in the pan with the wax paper while you slice it into squares!
