drivers are great, but the management/order takers need to get their **** together as they do not respond in a professional timeframe to customers, they do not read the orders properly to make it easier to order rather than having to confirm things more than once. I am not sure if everyone here is being paid to lie because none of these reviews seem legitimate from my experiences with 5 star.

5 hour not 5 star
